How to Apply?

1) Find suitable courses and programs with CHIWEST

2) Click the "Apply" button to start applying

3) Application Step One: Confirm the course to be applied for. Please carefully read the relevant application information. Confirm that the starting dates, relevant fees and school location match your needs. If everything is in order, click "Save & Continue" to continue the application process. If you'd like to save the application, click "Save". The system will automatically save your application and you can log into My Chiwest at any time to continue. Please note that if you click "Quit" the system will not save your application; If you still wish to apply, please go to the relevant course page and click "Apply" to apply again.

4) Application Step Two: Fill out the application form. Fill truthfully fill out the form you are presented with; note that each school has a different application form. Also note that unless specially mentioned, every line in the application form must be filled out completely.
    While in the process of filling out the application form, you can click "Save & Continue" at any time to quit the application process. The system will save your progress and you can continue at any time by logging into My Chiwest and clicking "Continue".
    The system will automatically save information entered onto an application form to My CHIWEST-> My Applications->Saved Applications. You can edit this information at any time. Next time you apply for a different program, you do not need to fill out the same information again – the system will automatically enter it for you.

5) Application Step Three: Upload the necessary application materials. The page will display a list of materials you need to upload. For example, you must submit a photocopy of your passport, so please scan your passport and upload the file under "Passport Photocopy". A message of "Submitted" indicates that your files have been successfully uploaded. You may then press the confirmation button. A form will appear listing all of your uploaded files – you may delete this file. Please note that it is important that you choose the correct file type for each submission.
    You have not yet prepared the necessary application materials, you can click "Save" and exit the application. Your application has been saved in MyChiwest and you can click "Continue" to continue uploading documents at any time.
    Note: Due to differences in internet speed, uploading each document may take several seconds or minutes. We suggest that the uploading documents be no larger than 700K. You can use programs like Photoshop to adjust the size of an image file to fit this limit.

6) Application Step Four: Check and preview application. Please carefully check over the school's name, program title, course length, program time, school location, application fee and tuition fee. Click to preview the application form and download a Word document version of it. Check to see if all information is correct. Click on the name of all uploaded files to preview them. The applicant can add additional files to communicate extra information to the school. After you have confirmed that there are no mistakes, click "Save & Continue" to enter the payment step.If there are mistakes, please click "Modify" to return to the application form page.

7) Application Step Five: Pay application fee. CHIWEST offers two payment methods – direct bank transfer and Paypal online payment. Applicants should choose the method most appropriate for their own situation.
    Note: Schools are not able to process any application information until the application fee is paid. Please pay the fee in a timely manner.
